PLAN B
Exclusive county license
A flat monthly fee for being the only attorney shown in a county during the Jan–Mar window.
No fee splitting, no percentage of savings or legal fees, no payment tied to retention or results. Owners are told you pay a flat advertising fee. Attorneys remain responsible for their own compliance with the Ohio Rules of Professional Conduct, including Rules 7.1–7.3 and 5.4.
